New! – Native Breed Pork Box

A selection of pork cuts from our latest batch of home bred native breed pork.  Our pigs are slow grown in a high welfare system to produce exceptional pork.  All of our pork is hung on the bone for over 7 days to achieve perfect tenderness and exquisite flavour.  Each pork box contains:

• 1 x large pork loin roasting joint ~ between 1.5kg and 2kg
• 1 x large pork leg joint ~ between 1.5kg and 2kg
• 1 x belly pork joint ~ between 750 grams and 1kg
• 2 x packs of 6 hand made large sausages ~ min 480 grams per pack

These products will be supplied frozen unless we state otherwise.  Please note, the sausages contain Allergens including Wheat Gluten and Sulphur Dioxide.
