A classic lamb cut that never fails to impress. Carefully cut and trimmed in our butchery following 2 weeks of dry-aging on the bone to give a melt in the mouth experience. All of our lamb is from our pasture fed Lleyn sheep that are born and reared on our family farm in a high welfare system. A rack of lamb has a short cooking time so is well suited to both faster midweek cooking or as a weekend treat.
Our rack of lamb joints weigh a minimum of 600 grams, with each rack providing 2-3 adult servings. This product will be supplied frozen unless otherwise stated. Please note the product images show both one and two rack combinations. As always, we offer free delivery in any LE16 postcode.
