All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Collect from our farm
You can avoid delivery costs and arrange to collect your orders purchased on the website from our farm in Slawston (LE16 7UF). Just select ‘Collect from Our Farm’ at checkout. You can then choose an Order pick-up day, usually Wednesdays to Saturdays. Collection outside of these times can be requested by contacting us.
Please note that you can only collect orders from our farm during the times shown in your confirmation email. We are not open to the public for purchases at our farm – all purchases must be through our website or by phone / text or WhatsApp.
We are unable to deliver outside of mainland England, Scotland and Wales, due to the perishable state of our products.
Delivery Dates
Deliveries are made from 8 am to 12 pm Wednesday to Friday. The estimated delivery date of your order will be stated upon ordering your product and confirmed at the checkout. All orders are prepared and packed by hand in our farm butchery. We will update you via email with an estimated delivery date.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, we must be notified within 5 days of your receipt of goods. Most of our products are exempt from being returned as they are perishable. Fresh and cured meat products cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details and supporting photographs. We will always endeavour to resolve any problems.
