Delivery

We will contact you (usually by email) to confirm your order and issue an invoice.  All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.  We offer free delivery to all LE16 post codes.  Orders are dispatched frozen in insulated packaging with a guaranteed next day pre-noon delivery.

Collect from our farm

You can avoid delivery costs and arrange to collect your orders from our farm in Slawston (LE16 7UF).  Just let us now when you would like to collect at the point of order.

Please note that we are not open to the public for purchases or ad-hoc collections at our farm – all orders must be made by phone / text or WhatsApp.

We are unable to deliver outside of mainland England, Scotland and Wales, due to the perishable state of our products.

Delivery Dates

Deliveries by us or reputable couriers are usually made from 8am to 12pm Wednesday to Friday.  The estimated delivery date of your purchase will be stated upon order confirmation.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, we must be notified within 2 days of your receipt of goods.  Our products are exempt from being returned as they are perishable.  If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details and supporting photographs.  We will always endeavour to resolve any problems.
