Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Most of our products are exempt from being returned as they are perishable. Fresh and cured meat products cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where we will endeavor to offer a partial or full refund for example if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  This may be because of delivery problems or mistakes by us or third-party providers.  In most cases we will initially offer a replacement product.


Once your return is received and inspected or we have reviewed the refund or exchange request using other evidence (for example photographs or videos), we will send you an email to notify you of the refund/exchange outcome.

Any approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Where a replacement product is approved, we will dispatch this as soon as we can.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
