Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Our products are exempt from being returned as they are perishable.  Fresh and cured meat products cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where we will endeavour to offer a partial or full refund, for example if an order is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.  This may be because of delivery problems or mistakes by us or third-party providers.  In most cases we will initially offer a replacement product.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected or we have reviewed the refund or exchange request using other evidence (for example photographs or videos), we will send you an email to notify you of the refund/exchange outcome.

Any approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be made to you via BACS.  Where a replacement product is approved, we will dispatch this as soon as we can.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
