Beef Selection Box

Our latest batch of special beef produced from our own Beef Shorthorn cattle.  The beef has been dry-aged in our farm butchery to achieve superb tenderness and taste.  The Beef Selection Box provides a great variety of meal options including faster mince based meals, juicy steak cuts, casserole options and beef roasting joints.  Our beef is produced in small batches to ensure that we achieve the ultimate eating experience whilst producing food in a way that is sympathetic to the nature and wildlife on our farm.

Each Beef Selection box includes:

• 2 x sirloin steaks ~ min. 220 grams each
• 2 x rump steaks ~ min. 300 grams each
• 1 x 4 pack of steak burgers ~ min. 480 grams
• 1 pack braising steaks – ideal for slower cooking, basted in a stock ~ min. 500 grams
• 1 x medium roasting joint – one of Topside, Silverside, Top Rump to serve 4-6 people ~ min. 1.2kg
• 1 x casserole (diced beef) pack ~ min. 500 grams
• 2 x mince packs ~ min. 500 grams

In some rare circumstances we may have to substitute a cut type for another option, but we always ensure that this is an upgrade either through weight or product value.  Note that the images show various cuts of the beef we produce and not necessarily the exact contents of this product.

The contents of this box will approximately fill a large freezer drawer.  This product will be supplied frozen unless we state otherwise.
