The ultimate lamb roast! These special joints have been hand selected and prepared in our butchery following 2 weeks of dry-aging on the bone to give a melt in the mouth experience. All of our lamb is from our pasture fed Lleyn sheep that are born and reared on our farm in a high welfare system. This product is perfect for the traditional Sunday roast, that special evening dinner, or slower summer cooking on the barbeque or Kamado.
Our lamb leg joints weigh a minimum of 2.4kg per whole leg. A whole leg will provide 6-8 adult servings. This product will be supplied frozen unless otherwise stated. As always, we offer free delivery in any LE16 postcode.
