Twin Pack Premium Beef Mince

Wholesome mince produced from our latest batch of special Beef Shorthorn beef.  Our beef has been dry-aged in our farm butchery to achieve superb tenderness and taste.  All of our mince is made by hand using only well selected beef cuts with a modest balance of fat to achieve a very consistent product.  We use a courser mincer setting so that some texture is maintained during cooking.

Mince is the most versatile of cuts giving a variety of family friendly meal options from forming the building block for classic pasta dishes to traditional cottage pie.  Our beef mince is also perfect for making juicy and flavoursome beef burgers.
