Our standard box of home reared and pasture fed lamb.  This box will provide a selection of cuts required for fast mid-week meals to larger weekend roasts or juicy barbeque cuts.  We guarantee exquisitely tender and flavoursome lamb.  Dry-aged on the bone for 14 days and packed in our modern on-farm butchery.  Each cut comes individually vacuum packed and labelled.

Our standard lamb box contains the following cuts:

  • 1 x bone-in half leg joint ~ min. 900g
  • 1 x boned and rolled shoulder joint ~ min. 1.1kg
  • 2 x chump steaks ~ min. 400g
  • 4 x loin chops ~ min. 500g
  • 4 x lamb cutlets ~ min. 350g
  • 1 x pack of lamb mince ~ min. 500g

In some rare circumstances we may have to substitute a cut type for another option, but we always ensure that this is an upgrade either through weight or product value.  Note that the images show various cuts of the lamb we produce and not necessarily the exact contents of this product.

The contents of this box will typically fill half a standard freezer drawer.  This product will be supplied frozen unless stated otherwise.
